To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both clients and our team, our policy requires that all appointments be confirmed with the client prior to the scheduled date.To secure their appointment, clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to the total service cost or refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy. Clients will receive a confirmation via email at least 24 hours in advance to verify the appointment details. If a client does not confirm the appointment within the specified timeframe, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled to accommodate other clients.This policy helps us maintain efficient scheduling and minimize any disruptions to our operations. We appreciate clients' cooperation in confirming their appointments promptly to ensure the highest level of service.

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for all clients. Cancellations are only eligible for a refund of the deposit if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, as this short notice limits our ability to accommodate other clients. We understand that emergencies may arise, and we encourage clients to notify us as soon as possible to avoid any charges. By adhering to this policy, we can maintain a high level of service and availability for all our clients.

At Bear's Babies, we want to ensure that both you and your baby have the best possible experience with us. As such, all first-time customers' initial grooming appointment will automatically serve as a trial groom. This allows us to evaluate your babies  specific needs, grooming preferences, and overall comfort level, while also ensuring that Bear’s Babies is the right fit for your furry companion. During this trial session, we will assess your babies behavior, coat condition, and any special requirements, allowing us to provide the best care moving forward. After the trial groom, we will discuss any necessary adjustments for future appointments to ensure your babies continued comfort and satisfaction.

To streamline our payment process and ensure a secure and efficient transaction experience, all payments for services at Bear's Babies must be made via Zelle. Please note that we do not accept cash or credit card payments, and we kindly ask that clients ensure their Zelle account is set up and functioning prior to their visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in using this payment method.

At Bear's Babies, we strive to maintain a punctual and efficient schedule for all our clients. To ensure we can provide the best service to everyone, clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and their grooming session will be automatically rescheduled at the groomer’s discretion. Additionally, clients who are late three times will incur additional fees for future appointments to cover the disruption caused by repeated delays. We understand that occasional circumstances can arise, but we ask that clients make every effort to arrive on time or notify us in advance if they anticipate being late. This policy helps us maintain a smooth and efficient operation for all pets and clients.

At Bear's Babies, the safety and well-being of your pet are our top priorities. For pets that exhibit aggressive behavior during grooming, a Special Handling Fee will be applied to cover the additional care and attention required. Additionally, we take reasonable precautions to protect the health of every pet in our care, including closely monitoring for any signs of discomfort, injury, or illness. If we believe that veterinary care is warranted for your pet’s health or safety, we will promptly notify you and recommend seeking veterinary attention. Our goal is always to provide a positive and safe grooming experience for all pets, while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.
